Never had a bad issue here, my go to dealership. Always friendly and I appreciate them giving me a quote on new tires even though it’s not needed right now but in next 6 months. Helps with planning financially for it.

She took time to explain the all features of my new Buick - the Envision has ALOT. She also invited me to contact her if I have any additional questions. I stop out to get a appointment for an oil change. I got in the next day. I waited for my pickup and it took about 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly also.

Dusten was a great salesman. He went above and beyond and made sure I picked the Yukon that I really wanted. The whole process was very relaxed and straightforward. My husband and I feel very good about our purchase and the deal we got.

Whole experience was excellent. Only minor complaint - the car wash (which I understand is free) was not great, got most of the dirt off but left quite a bit. I went directly to another car wash to get the truck clean.

They took great care of us. Able to get it covered under our extended warranty. Communication great.

This is the second vehicle that we bought from Northtown and Lonnie Kirschenmen and we have had the best service and follow-ups with you. Lonnie was so pleasant and easy to work with and very patient with us and even did a follow up with us. GREAT SERVICE. We will use Northtown again if needed. Yankton is our go to town.

The salesman we dealt (Lenni) with was very friendly and informative. He did an excellent job of explaining our options for buying and the features of the new vehicle.

Called l the dealership to set up first service appt for oil change etc. Prompt appt. scheduled. Arrived and was greeted warmly by name by service team and received fast courteous service and was in and out in no time.

My vehicle broke down 1500 miles from home and I was stuck in a hotel ~60 miles away. The issue was strange so it took several day to troubleshoot and replace the bad part. The dealership was in constant contact with me and went out of their way to help me while the repairs were completed. I wish they were my local dealer!

Very friendly and excellent service from Northtown. Service department answered all my questions and provided me with information about my vehicle.

The service department was extremely helpful and attentive to addressing issues and solving them.

All of the people at the front (service) desk were very helpful and took care of all our needs.

As I expected the service dept is incompetent as usual. Unable to diagnose anything unless the computer tells them what it is. Nothing but overpaid parts throwers for "mechanics" from here on it will take my service needs to a true mechanic. Told them exactly what problem is but without a misfire code they cannot diagnose anything even when gm says in tsb that misfire code will not always be present. Sure threw lots of lights on after they had it though. Typical!!

We knew what vehicle we wanted. We called a head as we were an hour out and it was ready for us when we showed up. Because we knew from looking at this make and model before, it was more of just making sure I was sure on the layout of the vehicle was right for us. We were in it for a bit and pulled the trigger on the sale. Probably the easiest sale made that day but your price could not be beat!

I was traveling when my brakes began making a horrible sound. We had recently had our brakes replaced in our hometown. Northtown Chevy was able to diagnose the problem and got it fixed as I waited. I was so relieved to have the issue taken care of! I was given a receipt that we could take to the place that had just done our brakes since their work was faulty. Thank you so much for restoring my safety!!!

We visited Northtown on Aug. 3. Tony Keller had the 2026 truck prepared that we were interested in. As we test drove the truck Tony pointed out the newest updates since we purchased our current 2021 truck and how they worked. Tony also pointed out things you generally would be interested in for comfort or ease of use. Tony was relaxed, knowledgeable, and our visit was comfortable . He led us through the buying process with ease. We were very fortunate to have him assist us in our purchase.

I would say everyone involved, went above and beyond which is the quality I appreciate.
